Excellent local country pubs in nearby villages including one at the end of the lane!

Local and longer walks are plentiful - maps within the property.

All electric and heating including logs are included in the tariff.

Cooking by arrangement - Lunches, Suppers, Picnics and Special occasions.

Welcome Hamper.

Regretfully, there is no smoking within the property.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

  • Sleeps 10 - (5 Double or 3 Double and 2 Twin)
  • 2 ensuite Bathrooms and House Bathroom (also Ground floor Loo)
  • All linen and towels provided.

  • All bathrooms have heated towel rails
  • TV points in all bedrooms

Sitting Rooms

  • There are two Sitting Rooms, one being a Sitting/Dining room with open fire and the other a Sitting Room with board games, DVDs etc.
  • TV/DVD in both Sitting Rooms

  • DVDs, Books and Board games
  • Wi-Fi

Kitchen & Laundry

  • The Kitchen is beautifully furnished and incredibly cosy too. Comfortable seating up to 10. The table if required, can easily be reduced in size for smaller parties. Dishwasher, double oven, hob, microwave and lots of super crockery,cutlery and tableware.

  • Radio / CD player
  • The Boot/Utility Room is extremely spacious with all facilities you would expect including an adjacent cloak room. The boiler sytem is also located within this area.

The Garden & Outdoors

  • The garden to both sides and the front of the property is fenced to provide a secure play area for younger children. Leading into an unfenced and open garden interspersed with trees, the property has lots of outdoor space for both activity and relaxation.
